Happy Hump Day

It's Wednesday, and therefore it is the day of the hump. Today I'm going for a doctor appointment to check up on my diabetes, my weight, and my mental health.

After the doc I'm heading to this awesome bistro cafe for lunch and to meet a new friend. He is a glassblower and has a studio that I will get to visit and then he is giving me an intro to glassblowing class.

I'm pretty stoked about meeting this guy and learning how to blow glass! I will hopefully have a new piece to show off later today!
